Plot summary
In the 1960s, a lipoma - a fatty lump - appeared on Ingmar Bergman's cheek. Once The Silence was released the lump disappeared, leaving behind a scar. In the 1990s the lump reappeared in the exact same spot, and was now black. What does it mean? Where did it go, and why did it return?
