Biography
Nicolas Kolovos, born in 1973, is a film director and screenwriter living in both Gothenburg and Athens. Apart from several shorts he has a number of music videos and commercials to his credit. He has studied directing at the IHTV in Gothenburg and Interactive Media at Dramatiska Institutet in Stockholm. Kolovos worked as a FAD in various productions at SVT Drama and as a director and producer for Panthera Film and Television in Gothenburg.His short film I Am Gay was selected for competition at more than 50 film festivals receiving several awards, for example at Drama...
Biography
Nicolas Kolovos, born in 1973, is a film director and screenwriter living in both Gothenburg and Athens. Apart from several shorts he has a number of music videos and commercials to his credit. He has studied directing at the IHTV in Gothenburg and Interactive Media at Dramatiska Institutet in Stockholm. Kolovos worked as a FAD in various productions at SVT Drama and as a director and producer for Panthera Film and Television in Gothenburg.
His short film I Am Gay was selected for competition at more than 50 film festivals receiving several awards, for example at Drama Film Festival in Greece and at the International Short Film Festival in São Paulo, Brazil.
Kolovos, currently active as a director in both Sweden and Greece, is a visually conscious director with a comic expression to the heart.
In 2009 he was picked for Berlinale Talent Campus.
