Plot summary



For 40 years, Joan has sacrificed her dreams and talents to pander to her charismatic husband Joe and his stratospheric career in the literary world. Their long marriage has been built on a very uneven foundation, and Joan has finally had enough. On the night Joe is to receive the Nobel Prize in Literature, the highlight of his success story, Joan finally decides to reveal the big secret.
