| Grounds for decision | Två barn bestämmer sig efter en brevväxling att rymma vilket leder till ett stort och dramatiskt räddningsarbete. Framställningen innehåller flera inslag med beväpnade barn, barn som såras och barn i utsatta situationer som kan verka obehagliga och förvirrande. Detta i kombination med en dramatisk stämning med bland annat en hund som genomborras av en pil, en häftig storm där en pojke träffas av blixten och barn som efter att ha räddats från att hoppa från ett torn blir hängande i ett rep bedöms kunna vara till skada för välbefinnandet hos barn under 11 år. |
