| Grounds for decision | Framställningen innehåller inslag av en oroväckande skräckstämning med en man som börjar brinna och en ung kvinna som upprepade gånger får krampanfall. Vidare förekommer återkommande starka skräckfyllda mardrömmar samt flashbacks om mörka minnen i det förflutna som till exempel ett spädbarn i hotfulla situationer som slutligen hittas dött. Detta i kombination med manipulerande föräldrar som drogar sin dotter och planerar att döda henne kan medföra stark rädsla, oro och förvirring och bedöms kunna vara till skada för välbefinnandet för barn under 15 år. |
