Lars Göran Pettersson is a director with the common touch. His films are often compared to the films made by Swedish writer and movie director Lars Molin. A very warm and humoristic style that always take the underdog perspective.
Lars Göran is a moval moviemaker living alternately in Norway and Sweden. Drives 60 kilometres a year. Works with both documentary and feature film. Currently working on two feature projects, The Blueberry War (2007) and Paloj, both written and directed by himself.
His last full-length feature, Bazo (2002), a Sámi road movie got nominated for two Amanda Awards in 2004: Best Film and Best Actress. He has also made several other acclaimed Features, TV-films, TV-series and documentaries.
