Handling
This is a factual film portraying the lives of the everyday people of Siam. We see how the people carry on their business despite the heavy monsoon rains; the classic dances executed by the beautiful dancing girls of Siam; a unique boxing match in which the boxers also use their feet; a visit to a teak camp to see the elephants at work; a visit to Bangkok, "the Venice of the Orient"; a trip in a teak wood sampan with a siamese family down on of the Klongs (canals) and the coronation of a king.
