Biography
Nanna Huolman studied direction and scriptwriting at the University of Photography and Film and graduated in 2000. A Gothenburg native, Nanna has written and directed several award winning short-films and documentaries. Her short film Flamingo (2003) received much acclaim, receiving First Prize at the Berlin Lesbian Festival 2003, Special Mention at the Internazionale Cinema delle Donne in 2004, Special Mention at the Copenhagen and Lesbian Film Festival 2003 and Best Film at Gävle Festival 2003. Kid Svensk/That Special Summer (2007) is Huolman's first feature.
