Plot summary

The story of two young women upon their release from an Afghani prison. Sara risks her life by fleeing to Sweden, while Najibeh is forced to remain in a Taliban-run home. Following numerous attempts to contact her, Sara comes to learn that Najibeh was apparently stoned to death. Sara is unable to return to Afghanistan, sending the filmmaker in her place to uncover the truth behind Najibeh's death.
